ABOUT REBECCA

Rebecca grew up and currently resides in Randolph, New Jersey. She has been a part of theater since her sophomore year in high school. After graduating from Randolph, she attended Lock Haven University in Lock Haven, Pennsylvania pursuing a degree in English with a concentration in Creative Writing. She was very involved in the Theater Club at Lock Haven and went on to participate and learn a lot from her three years at the university.

Rebecca realized after three years at Lock Haven that she wanted to pursue her passion of theater and transferred to Ramapo College of New Jersey. After her theater experiences at Lock Haven, she decided to pick up the concentrations of Design/Technical and Directing/Stage Management.
With her combined years from Lock Haven and Ramapo, her passions and skills have grown immensely. Most recently, she directed and produced a virtual performance of The Diaries of Adam and Eve as a part of Ramapo's main stage performance schedule. She found this new experience to be challenging and enlightening. While attending Ramapo, she has also learned other positions that interested her, such as Master Electrician. She graduated from Ramapo College in Fall 2020.

Due to the change in the theater and entertainment industry, Rebecca has also started her journey to becoming a teacher. She hopes that, in the future, she can be like those who inspired her in her years of education, especially in high school. She believes schools should continue to have art and performance departments and that they are important for students to have early on. She only hopes she can be a part of bringing that to students. Rebecca is excited for what is to come after graduation, whatever that may be.
